We at Health Care Partners have designed  programs to assist just about anyone's health care needs.  We employ the most talented staff of Registered Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Medical Social Workers, Home Health Aides, Registered Dietitians, and Spiritual Caregivers in the home health care industry.

  In addition, we also reach out to the communities we service by offering  OSHA training, Influenza vaccine, and Diabetes Self Management Program, as well as a variety of instructional programs related to health and safety.
