Primary Duty: | Conducts initial assessment of patient's referred to agency to obtain and document Health status and history, including pertinent social or education background and develops plan of care accordingly. Provides intermittent skilled nursing services and patient teaching. Evaluates patient's response to teaching. Coordinates treatment plan with other caregivers. | ||||||||

Education Experience: |
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Possesses current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. BSN preferred. One year clinical experience in Medical-Surgical Care of the adult patient is preferred. | |||||||||
| Skills and Abilities: | Working skills in the application of nursing procedures and techniques. Communication and writing skills with patient, physician and other staff regarding evaluation and/or treatment. | |||||||||
