Develops the plan of treatment; individualizes goals to meet the patient's condition, needs, and environment. Education Experience: |
Graduate of an
Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by both:
Maintains registered by the American Occupational Association and Michigan Occupational Therapy Association. Minimal one (1) year clinical experience as Occupational Therapist. Home Care experience preferred. |

| Skills and Abilities: | Possesses good verbal and written skills with willingness to work within a team concept. Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order. Demonstrates strong assessment and treatment skills for the geriatric homebound patient. | |||||||||
| Job Summary: | Plans and provides occupational therapy programs for the treatment of physical and psychological dysfunction in the accordance with the physicians referral. Focuses on activities of daily living and practice in functional skills. Programs are adapted according to the needs of the individual client. | |||||||||
